Hello Everyone!
Next Thursday, we kickoff the learning part of the 2021 Methacton Warrior Marching Band season with the start of Mini Camp!
Times:
Thursday, June 17 - 6 to 9pm
Friday, June 18 - 10am to 2pm

A Couple Reminders First
- Join the MWMB Remind101 Group by texting @mwmb21 to 81010 - As we move forward, this is how I will send all information to you - not through email.
- Friday is "Commitment Day" which is the day I MUST know who is definitely joining. This is incredibly important! Every single member, from brand new to four-year senior, is an integral part of the ensemble. Everyone depends on everyone to be there. And isn't this awesome? In Marching Band, there is no such thing as a "sub" or a "benchwarmer" and I love that about this activity!
- If you know that you are 100% committed, you can access the Commitment Form HERE. This form must be completed by Friday, June 18 @2pm if you are joining.
Where to Go on Thursday
When you arrive on Thursday night, you will enter on the West Side of the building which is the closest entrance to the Band Room. You can see where this entrance is on THIS MAP. There will people there to greet you as you arrive.
What to bring to Mini Camp
- A backpack is recommended to carry many of the items below
- LARGE Jug of Water (water cooler)
- Appropriate attire for the temperature. Make sure your clothing is comfortable and easy to stretch/move/dance in.
- Sunscreen
- Sun glasses (not for color guard - this is a safety issue)
- HAT - keep the sun off your head
- SNEAKERS - no flip-flops, sandals, boots, or other
- Marching Percussion, Mallet Percussion, Tuba, Baritone, Mellophone (F Horn), Bari Sax, and Color Guard do not need to bring an instrument/equipment/sticks/mallets. These will be provided. All others need their instrument
- Three-ringed binder with plastic sheet protectors
- Pencil
- On Friday, you will need a packed LUNCH
