Everyone!
I am VERY excited to begin camp tomorrow! We have so much that is going to be happening this first week with the ultimate goal of having approximately half the show on the field by the end of the day Friday! WOW! If we all work hard and come prepared, we can definitely achieve this goal.
Make sure you are hydrating around the clock. You need to makes sure your bodies are ready for all the workload it is going to have placed on it. When we do our stretches and conditioning every day, take those exercises VERY seriously. They are to help you condition to handle what is expected of you as a performer.
